What do you prefer a male boss or female?

I prefer to control male is not because it is machist, but male know to dominate and take control in different situations, are more organized and always get what we propose and also because we know to be serious and yet not to the I mean by that is that we distinguish very well where to take schmoozing and where not to, apart because of all those things a woman is more flexible than a man because man does not care than do their jobs and when a person it does get by very strong situations and them instead of supporting them is no longer made entering more pressure and despair because they run their jobs instead a woman is more flexible and compression on those things and then if you can not give all the time in the world but at least give a time for such work is spare and because not only grab and run people without first having put on his shoes, other women are more responsible, efficient, focused, demanding, intelligent and others is not to disparage the men but the truth is that men without women can not live instead a woman can live perfectly without the need to have a man beside her, she may well play the role of father and man ever more who wants can replace the role of a breast.
